Rules for Reciprocal Linking.
- Your site must be a spanking site.
- Do not submit anything ilegal.
- No more than 2 pop ups allowed.
- A reciprocal link must be added and it should be on your main page not buried
deep in some links page.
- No sites using Web 1000 server. The reason is that they use some kind of
cookie system that after so many visits drops your site in favour of a page
that is impossible to close down and forces people to download and install
a dialer.
